Steve handled nearly everything, all I had to do was sign the legal forms and he handled the rest. He not only made the process simple but he was very customer friendly because I emailed multiple times with questions. He replied quickly and efficiently. Shipping a vehicle worried me because of potential damages, my car showed up with ZERO damage. A little dusty but that's to be expected driving halfway across the country.
