This is what I wrote to them. Use it as a fair warning.
After waiting two weeks for a transport you have done nothing but disappoint me and take my money. As far as I’m concerned you’re a scam. I found another dispatcher who was able to get the vehicle transported in 2 days. I often transport vehicles through ebay with customers and will certainly not refer your “service”. You also have numerous bad reviews at www.auto-transport-reviews .com which I will be adding to among other sources. As ebay and online sales of automobiles increase, a more solid reputation is something you should be working towards with an ability to resolve problems with customers. I saw no attempt on your behalf. This was a very disappointing, frustrating and miserable experience.
I do not recommend their services.
