I booked my order with another company 2 weeks before it needed to be shipped from Phoenix to Santa Clara. We told them that we were leaving on January 6th, and they told us they would have a truck to pick up on the 4th. From the day we placed the order with them, they never answered my phone calls or returned my calls. I then called Steve on the 2nd, and he gave me competitive price, and even lowered his dispatch fee by $100 so a truck would get more money. The same day, Steve found a truck, and they picked up my car on the 4th! Thanks for bailing me out.
