Steve, the customer service rep, was friendly, prompt in responses & very knowledgeable. I was given a 3 day pick up window, then a 4 hour pick up window. The car was picked up the first day & in the first hour of the window. No sitting around waiting. The car was delivered a day earlier than anticipated. Everyone involved with the transaction was extremely nice. I will be using this service again, if needed.
