I chose this company because the rep on the phone explained that they make sure that your vehicle stays on one truck the whole trip to ensure that it is not damaged along the way. I felt like they cared about the customer experience. It turns out that they then subcontract the job out to another shipper and told me that they would call me 24 hours prior to picking up the car. No one ever called me. When I called for the status of my order after the car had not been picked up after a week, they told me that they could no longer help me and gave me the name and number of the shipping company they had contracted the job out to and told me to follow up myself. I was notified by the seller of the car when the car was picked up, but did not know when the car would be arriving. I was not able to get in touch with the transport company for 9 days after the car left Texas. I would not recommend using AAA if you would like to keep track of where your car is or when you will receive it. They are nice taking your order and then drop you. In fact I had a rep hang up on me when I called to tell them the I could not get through to the shipping company that they gave the job to. She told me there was nothing they could do and hung up on me.
