We just used Dispatch Logistics to ship a car from NC to OH. The quote the company gave was competitive and I can’t say more about the customer service our representative, Melissa Jones, provided. She sent both text and email communications to keep us updated and was very quick to respond to questions we had. Our car was delivered on Saturday and she sent a follow up text first thing Monday to confirm delivery and a positive experience. Very impressed by her assistance and service. Would definitely use this company again in the future.
