This is my second lifetime review for anything. But I really felt the urgency to tell this story. I initially ignored Dixon's quote as it seemed high compared to some of the others, but then one of their reps, Danny called me and I am really glad he did. Dixon worldwide really opened my eyes to this industry. Everything they shared with me was true. I was getting low quotes and nonstop calls from brokers, which because of Dixon's, namely Danny's advise, I did a review check. Turns out Many of those who quoted me the lowest quotes had received bad reviews for promising a rate and then changing it at the last minute. One review even revealed that a broker had dispatched a truck never warning the customer, then holding their vehicle for ransom until they paid $400 dollars above their quoted price. Another simply took a deposit with a promise of a low quote, never even calling back or making an effort to find a carrier. they just attempted to keep the money. Anyway, Danny talked a little fast and loud sometimes, but I got a real feeling of sincerity and felt I could trust him and it paid off. My car arrived as promised. And, oh, when the carrier called me to tell me they might be late, Danny immediately called them on my behalf to ensure I would get my car picked up on time. The carrier called me withing 30 minutes to tell me they would be there as promised, and they were. Thank You Dixon Worldwide and thank you Danny.
