My daughter had a car accident in another city and I needed the car home. You will not believe the amount of dishonesty in the world. But, Steve called and just gave it to me straight. He kept his word and told me how to get my money back from the dishonest people in the business, what to look out for in the future, and then what he could do for me. He kept in contact with me through the whole process through text and email and calls. If something was wrong, or I panicked, he was quick to handle it all and calm me in the process. The car got here as promised. No surprises. No hidden fees. No bull! He restored my belief in 'good people'! I thank God for Steve Felix and this company! I pray they are blessed for helping me the way they did! Thank you for everything Mr. Felix...I will ALWAYS remember your kindness and integrity!!!
