I have had nightmare experiences with other transport companies that were awful. Dolphin Transport was the first company to contact me after a very bad experience I had with another company in miami. Not only did they quote me a very good price of $600 (others were asking 650 - 750 and most of those higher priced companies had terrible reviews online), but I was promised a pickup at that price, and Brandon went out of his way to make sure they delivered on that promise. He was very professional, and although he knew I was skeptical about transporting brokers and companies, he assured me Dolphin Transportation strives for customer service and will only deal with me in the most honest and professional way. He immediately emailed me a written quote, followed up with me with the driver's contact information, and still kept in contact with me to make sure I spoke with the driver, was comfortable with him, and then to make sure my vehicle was picked up. Not only was it picked up on the day he promised it would, but the driver was 30 minutes early! I was so happy and am grateful that the right company was put in my path. Please use them if you want a reliable and honest transporter.
