They said they would pick up my BMW X3 within 5 business days but never did. They did not even contact me whether the vehicle would be picked up, if so when. Their intention was to take deposit of $150.00 and never refund, let alone providing service. When I called them for refund they said it will take 1 week. I waited for a week and called Tuesday (5/28/13) as the refund was not made even by their deadline of last Friday (5/24/13). They transfer the call to different places and ultimately hanged up the phone. I called several times and finally one said somebody will call me next day. I will wait whether that someone will call and provide refund. I will post again if they call and refund deposit. Bottom Line: Never trust this company and if you do not trust me and still want to try, never provide deposit. I am sure you will regret as I am doing now.
I Called again today as they did not call me and a man called Ralph answered the call. He said the amount will be refunded this Friday. I will wait till this Friday and see what they are going to tell next. Please do not provide them any credit card info or any deposit if you still like to do business with them.
I called them today and Ralph said they are NOT going to refund because of my review. He said he would refund if I did not have posted any review. I will have to go through Credit Card company now and will surely write to Better Business Bureau. I am prepared to even go to the Court, not just for $150.00 but for justice. Please contact me if there are other people who have been ripped off. We will go together.
I request everyone NOT TO DO any business with Dolphin, if you did, DO NOT provide credit card info at all.
