Despite the reviews on the website, I had an excellent experience. The rep from Dolphin contacted me back immediately when I called and left a message for an ETA. He was prompt in providing information. When I contacted the driver directly he was extremely nice and gave me updates throughout his travel. When he unloaded the vehicle he was cheerful and excited to drop my vehicle off to me. Excellent driver!! Excellent customer service. Would definitely refer and use again.
