Bad customer service.... Never stopped telling me lies from the start. My vehicle was a more than a week late and showed up with a smashed windshield, dented roof and scratches down the roof. They claim to hire drivers fully covered but the driver is refusing to pay even tho he signed documentation stating he was responsible for the damage. He also extorted extra money from me. Dolphin wrote him a contract stating I had to pay him more than what my contract says. They scammed us both. They refuse to pay me back this money and refuse to pay my damages. Don't hire these people if they're the last car shopper on earth!
