I am a Finance Mgr for a luxury car dealership, and I am used to dealing with transport companies all the time. I've never experienced such honest, professional and expeditious service in my 11 years in this business! Casey @ Domestice Auto Trans was informed of my disdain with dealing with National Auto Trans (I had hired them initially) in shipping my 2007 Cadillac Escalade from Texas to Nevada. I advised her that I had not received so much as a returned call from them advising of my follow up request after countless emails and phone calls for almost 2 weeks! I told her that this was her opportunity to make a believer out of me, and to right their wrongs. I have to admit I was very skeptical, but Casey was very straightforward and seemed geniune. She was up for the challenge, but made NO PROMISES to get the transport expedited. However, within an HOUR, I had a return call saying she found a driver and that he was on his way to pick up my vehicle to be delivered in 5 days! Others may promise, but CASEY DELIVERS!
