This was my first time I have ever bought a vehicle from out of state and had it transported. I submitted a request on line and Amy from Domestis Auto Transport emailed me and gave me an estimate. I called her back and she told me all the info I needed to get my vehicle back. She also told me about all the details of things that other companies would want. like a deposit etc. She was very informative. After getting all the info she needed from me, she got my order posted for pick up. After a few days, she called me and told me she had a driver in the area of my van and that he could pick it up. It was literally picked up in about 3 hours of that phone call. The driver Justin picked up my van, and told Amy he would deliver it in 4 days. Over the next few days I called Amy about the progress and she would call Justin to check in and all was going smoothly. Justin then called me the night before and the day of delivery to keep me informed about the time frame he would be delivering it. When he showed up he was very polite a courteous. He unloaded my van with great caution and care. I then paid him, and it was a great transaction. In let Amy know all went well and thanked her for the great service. I would not hesitate to call Amy at Domestic Auto Transport in the future to do business with them again. Thanks for the great service, Steve
