I was extremely impressed with Jocelyn's initiative and follow through. The first day of our pick up window was Thanksgiving day--although we didn't expect anything would happen on that day it was the best for us. Jocelyn not only made arrangements for the pick up to happen, she called us from home to make sure everything went smoothly.
Jocelyn's follow up with phone calls each step of the way was well beyond what we expected!
