DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

My original broker had trouble finding a driver so I contacted Domestics. Jocelyn was the representative who was assigned to help me find a driver. She was very nice at first. She told me that she cannot look for a driver unless I sign up with Domestics first. She also told me that it is OK to double-book and I told her that I would use whoever that can find the driver first. I asked her if she could look for a driver first without me signing up with them and if they find one first, I was going to cancel my order with other company. But this is what she wrote before I signed up with Domestics. "The problem with that is my drivers don’t see this as an existing order so for me to ask them I have to place an order we don’t take money up front and no deposits not until we find you a truck so let me know call me"

So after I signed up with her on January 9, 2009, I frequently checked the status with her and she always told me "Don't worry. I am trying very hard to find you a driver. I have not given up on you."

I received another email from her on January 23,2009. Her email made me FURIOUS because she BLAMED everything on me and accused me that I was the reason that this was not being picked up since this was double booked by her company and other company.

This is what she wrote in her email(I just copied her email and pasted it here): "Since you double booked I have to cancel your order because no one will pick it up when you have two drivers coming so sorry we are cancelling your order you are the reason that this is not getting gpicked up if you have two people looking no DRIVERs will take this. Thanks for considering us anyways ***** Auto Mover is now your only company you are dealing"

I was very offended by her comments and rudeness. I do not care what other people said about her. Beware. She will blame you if there's any problem even if it is NOT your fault. She informed me when I signed up with her that it is OK to double-book, but 2 weeks later she blamed everything on me that I shouldn't have done that. I have talked to other brokers about this and they all told me that what she told me was NOT true! I am not sure the reason why she wrote me an email to blame everything on me. I was pissed off and highly offended. She did not even take her time to check spelling, punctuation, proper grammar, etc.

I am NOT going to say bad things about Domestics but at least I want to warn you about JOCELYN. She is rude and will misinform you and will eventually blame everything on you if things do not turn out well.

I am also going to contact Domestics and inform them what she did to me.

This client either didn't understand what Jocelyn was saying nor has Jocelyn confused with the other broker. WE NEVER EVER recommend that a client "double book" the order. Trucks will not even consider taking a load that is double booked. So often the trucks get to the load that's double booked and it's already gone, moved by the other broker so they simply avoid them. Jocelyn followed our company policy, which is get the client to cancel with the other broker in writing or we cancel the order. Remember we take no money up front and we aren't interested in going through the necessary steps to get a car loaded onto a truck and inconvenience the trucks if the car is double booked. The only truth in this review is that we did in fact cancel this clients order.
