This client either didn't understand what Jocelyn was saying nor has Jocelyn confused with the other broker. WE NEVER EVER recommend that a client "double book" the order. Trucks will not even consider taking a load that is double booked. So often the trucks get to the load that's double booked and it's already gone, moved by the other broker so they simply avoid them.
Jocelyn followed our company policy, which is get the client to cancel with the other broker in writing or we cancel the order.
Remember we take no money up front and we aren't interested in going through the necessary steps to get a car loaded onto a truck and inconvenience the trucks if the car is double booked.
The only truth in this review is that we did in fact cancel this clients order.
