Excellent experience! I had not used an enclosed carrier before, but Malia assured me they offered only "Preferred Rated" carriers. She answered all my questiosn about insurance, tie downs and even promised top load on the lift allowing me to talk with the driver to verbally confirm this upon pick-up. When the car was arrived it was just as I was promised. It was picked up in NYC on Saturday morning and delivered to my in Atlanta on Monday morning, right on time! I would recommend and use Domestic again!
