Although I was leery of using a transporter I'd never heard of, I was very pleased with the overall service. The representative was very helpful and stayed in contact with me. I requested a pick up after 5:00 p.m. and the driver was able to make that accommodation. He also called when a previous customer caused him to get behind schedule to let me know when he would be arriving to pick the vehicle up. The driver arrived at the destination on schedule.
