As I had never used a transport service before, it was extremely confusing and I had many calls and emails from many many different comapanies. I immediately felt comfortible with Tara as she clearly explained the industry. She diligently found a driver and in contact with as to the vehicle delivery. The vehicle was 1 day late, but the driver was very curtious and started my truck as I walked to our rondevou site as it was 105° outside, very thoughtful. The driver also explained terrible traffic the reason for being a day late which I appreciatedas, "better safe than sorry", his lateness was not a big deal.
Overall, a very good experience.
