I had to move across the country for employment. I was very unclear about when I wanted the car picked up and delivered (mostly because I wasn't really sure). They worked with my schedule perfectly. I told them that the car would be ready on Friday. Within hours, someone called to get my car. I told them I wasn't ready. They called again on Saturday to get my car, and again I wasn't ready. I told them that Monday was the last possible day to get my car because I had a flight the next day. Even though I had declined twice before, they still got my car on Monday! Also, because the truck is so big I had to meet the transporter at Home Depot. He gladly gave me a ride back home! My car arrived the very next day! But my flight had not landed. The transporter waited (2-5hrs) for me to arrive. Oddly enough, my car was cleaner when it was dropped off (I had tree sap all over my car when I gave it to the transporter).

I had to be the worst customer ever, but they gave me the best service I have ever had. I have shipped my car before but the service was not half as good!
