Communication was very good, especially through email updates. They were able to work around my schedule and pick up and deliver car at same time my house movers took are of my other stuff. Contact though email and phone was easy. Driver needed to contact company a couple of times and the rep was always there to answer questions, which kept things moving. This is the third company I have used for transport and it met or excceeded my expectations.
