great customer service on the broker end, driver was a let down

First of all, Tara with domestic was awesome, very pleasant as well as customer service oriented. The only let down in the entire process was the driver. The driver was late with pick up and drop off, and was very poor in regard to communication. Yet, my vehicle was delivered unharmed, and he was pleasant in person. If the driver had been timely, this would be an excellent review. As it stands now, tara gets an A+, the driver gets a C-
