I was not an easy customer but Tara was very patient with me. I kept changing the pick up time and she was able to change with me.
Delivery was a bit rough though..to no fault of Tara's. I was told it would be delivered Thursday then it was maybe Friday, I was unavailable for Friday morning I was given no help in how to resolve this issue so I was disappointed in that. Well Thursday came and went, and then Friday morning came and went...no phone calls from anyone. I finally called your company and Tara was on another line so the lady that answered told me that the driver had broken a belt on his truck and that it would be here Sunday. Well I did not understand why no one from the carrier or your company called me to let me know that??
I FINALLY got a call on Sunday NIGHT at around 7pm from the driver who was in San Jose and said he would be here early Monday morning but that he needed some rest first. I told him that it was an 8 - 9 hour drive from San Jose to my house.
I finally received my car at 1045 am.
My complaint is that I was not given the number to the truck driver so that I could find out what was going on, and your company did not keep in communication with me to let me know what was going on. Since you are closed on weekends I was left in the dark not knowing what was happening.

Leslie, thanks for the review! I did call you thursday when it was supposed to be delivered and then emailed you fridayafter i spoke with the driver and was informed about the Belt breaking on the truck. The driver said he was calling you but I emailed you to make sure you knew what happened. Then you also called in and spoke with Malia in the office who told you what happened as well. We do have someone in the office on Saturday between 9am-2pm too so you could have called then to make sure. I was not in to make sure this was delivered but you could have called if needed. As I got in this morning I made sure it was delivered which it was, this morning. I did everything I could with communication for you. So sorry you feel otherwise! Thanks for the review though!
