Company worked hard to find and compete with the lowest carrier price, and included full insurance coverage on the transportation of the vehicle. The seller of the vehicle helped the shipper load the vehicle in a way that would have been better than originally planned, which would be one negative, but I understand that loading and tying down motorcycles may not be all that common within shipping. Motorcycle showed up clean and well tied, shipping went well without incident.

Only major source of "issue" would be that transport company gave us a call the day before they would pick up the vehicle, where the seller and I would have liked a little more time than that to plan, but we made it work. The shipping truck that picked up the vehicle was easy to work with, and dealt with "re-routes" very well, able to pick up the motorcycle, as well as drop it off, at locations that were not in the original shipping information, due to not being able to fit the truck down small or country roads.
