I had a good experience with Domestic Auto Transport in that their staff was knowledgeable and did not make unrealistic promises. The shipping expert who helped me(her name is Casi) was very helpful and was very honest about their capabilities and delivery schedule. Other companies were promising delivery dates on the phone but could not or would not give them to me in writing. The cost of shipping was on par with other companies.

A very positive experience was that the car was picked up a day early and delivered three days earlier that what was quoted. This hasn't happened with other deliveries.

The only negative experience was that the car was dirty and had oil that had dripped on it from the car above it. This was to be expected from an open carrier and a good cleaning took care of that problem. (When I ship my Ferrari it will go in an enclosed carrier on the top rack!)

Other than that I would seriously recommend researching other carriers and comparing them to Domestic Auto Transport. You can see for yourself that DAT is comparable and they have a good reputation. I will be using them soon for another transport job.
