My experience with Domestic Auto Transport was great from start to finish. I got a very friendly, live person (Elizabeth) on the phone immediately. Elizabeth was able to give me a quote with in minutes and answered all of my questions. She kept in contact with me through the whole experience, and I also received several "status update" emails from Domestic Auto Transport. The one time I called and Elizabeth was not available, but another very friendly and knowledgeable person answered the phone and knew about my specific case. My car was picked up and delivered ON TIME, as promised.

When I began to research shipping my car from NC- OR, I ran across several companies that had poor customer service, were hard to get on the phone and were pushy. I was VERY relieved to find Domestic Auto Transport, who made me feel comfortable and secure. I would highly recommend them and would use them again myself.
