Although I had already completed the survey, we called and asked for a manager to discuss our dissatisfaction. Manager Mike informed us he would resolve the problem and credit us for the overpayment. We appreciate his immediate and professional customer service response to our concern and would use this company again because of Mike's response. In addition, the vehicle was received in a very timely manner without damage.
