It was a great experience with Domestic Auto Transport, especially the communications with Holly Burton from the company.

When I got more than 5 calls that day from different transport companies after I quoted a shipping for my MAZDA CX-9 from Seattle to Charlotte due to a job transition, I have no idea what to do and who supposed to be trust. I decided to do nothing due to the overwhelming calls, and tight schedule for all other to-do-list.

Nonetheless, I realized that Holly was the one I would trust and would do business with her company after her third follow-up call. From day one, she was professional, friendly, and patient to get into detail to attempt to lend her helps, such as, pick-up/delivery time line, cost, rebate, and even suggested to load mine on the top of the transport truck due to my concerns about my brand new CX-9. Moreover, she continued to keep communication channel open until the car delivered and made sure I was satisfied all the way along.

It's definitely a pleasure to work with her and highly recommend Domestic Auto Transport. No doubt, I'll use their service again to ship my second car soon.
