We had an excellent experience with the transporting of our car across the country. They gave us the most reasonable quote and negotiated with us to offer the best deal. Pick up was scheduled the next day and the guys who picked the car up were very cordial. They inspected the car with me and made me feel comfortable with the overall experience on the pick up end. The driver was delayed a couple days and refused to deliver on the weekend, so we had to wait the following Monday to get our car. Luckily we weren't in need of the car immediately, otherwise this might have caused a problem. The car was promised to be delivered first thing Monday and it was with no attitude or damage. The car looked exceptional and the driver was easy to work with on the drop off end too. Overall, I would use this company again and recommend Tara as a contact person. She was knowledgeable and courteous with us. My husband and myself were on opposite ends of the country trying to get all the details together for the car while moving our entire home on the same day as pick up and delivery. When all things could go wrong, we were so happy that nothing went wrong with the car transport and if we ever need to do it again, we will use Tara.
