Hi Scott! Thanks for the review! But first of all, I did not raise your price EVER $155! I'm sorry, but you must be mistaken me with someone else... I have everything noted in your order and its a system that once you put in a note you can't take it out. So I know it is correct! - What actually happened is I quoted you $904 total, which is in that email you talk about, feel free to look at it...you are right about that, but then I offered to start a little lower for you, just to see if a driver would take it for a little less..to try and save you some money. So, we tried it at $825. I couldnt get a driver scheduled at $825 so we bumped up the price up a little at a time... like you agreed to do the first time I ever talked to you. I was trying to help you and save money... not be dishonest! We ended up getting a driver at $900 total anyway. That's how it went. I explain this strategy to all my clients and I ALWAYS explain the industry and how it works! I also lowered my deposit, which is my broker fee, for you as a courtesy because the driver wanted a little more and instead of charging you $925 and telling you I was off by $25, I ate that amount for you because I care... I do not know why you wish to portray me as something I am not! Also, a quote is just that. A "quote". Not a guaranteed price... But whatever I can do to help my clients out is what I will do! I truly care and you never mentioned this concern of yours to me at all btw... Either way, Thank You for the 5 stars... I was there for you always and always honest! Thanks Scott! Have a great day! =)
