First off I have to say that it was a pleasure to work with Malia McClain at Domestic. She was there to assist me with questions that I had and helped me track the car along the way. The problem that I had was with the Trucking company as there communications was very poor. They called me on route on Friday and told me that the car would be delivered on Tuesday and to have the payment in cash available which was no problem. The problem that I had was that I never received another call from them to update the delivery and I couldn't contact him either so I sat at home by the phone for three days waiting for the car and couldn't leave the house. Malia helped by calling the dispatch continually until I finally got a call from the trucker who say he was about four hours out. He finally dropped the car off at 11:00 PM in the dark so it was difficult to inspect the car, the car was dirty but in good condition. Once again I was more than pleased working with Malia Mc Clain at Domestic.
