Frank booked on 04/16/2014 1:14 PM and cancelled 26 hours later. I am sorry if you think 26 hours is sitting around. Unfortunately sometimes it takes more than 26 hours to dispatch a truck. You called every hour on the hour and we picked up the phone every single time even at 11PM. You had unrealistic expectations and we wish you the best of luck on your shipment.
