Anthony's car was picked up on time but was delivered 2 days late, which unfortunately happens from time to time. We tried to remedy the situation by offering a refund but, Anthony was not understanding. He became extremely rude and disrespectful with the driver and the done right staff. We are sorry that your car arrived late, but yelling and cursing does not help the situation.
