I paid Door to Door a deposit of $200.00 to transport my vehicle from Ohio to Nevada. AND PAIY THE BALANCE AT TIME OF DELIVERY I spoke to Alan an employee at Door to Door. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up on 12-29-11 after 5:00 pm. Alan stated that he would call me one hour prior to the pick-up of my vehicle. Alan never called and the truck driver never showed. I called Door to Door all evening and night trying to seek explanation of the no show for vehicle pick up. I called on Friday, 12-30-11, Alan told me my truck would be pick up today at 3:00pm. He would call at 2:00pm to confirm. No call from Allan and no show for pick up. As of today, Door to Door has taken my deposit of $200.00 and will not answer the phone or return my calls. As a final attempt to contact, I wrote an e-mail requesting my deposit back and no response.
PLEASE DO NOT USE DOOR TO DOOR TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLE THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM, AND TAKING PEOPLE MONEY. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB. THEY DEMOSTRATES POOR BUSSINESS ETHICS
