These guys lied to me from day one!!! first, I called then to get a quote, it was a tuesday. On the phone, Alan said that he had a carrier coming my way on Thursday or Saturday. I picked th thursday, ran around like a madman to get them their western union money. That is where I should have known something was up, and I ignored my gut feeling. I paid them the loot, and left for Nevada thinking my car was going to be somewhere in transit behind me a few days. Well, they never picked up, and never even called to tell me. The Saturday car carrier guy was a phantom too...he mysteriously changed his mind about coming in the area. IF THESE DIRTBAGS at DOOR TO DOOR didn't lie to me and tell me they had a confirmed carrier, I never would have contracted with them.
Now, it's been 2 months, and I have not seen my refund. I can't even get anyone to return a phone call, no matter how polite or threatening. ALAN, who was supposed to be looking into it, never seems time to call anyone back. I wish that some authorized agency would lock DTD's doors, and give everyone there a well deserved ass whipping!!!
Whatever you do...don't use their services!!!!
