I got a bid earlier in the year and Alex explained all of the information I needed to prepare for shipment of my car. About a week or so prior to date I needed to ship, I called him and he got in touch with a driver and company who would actually haul my vehicle. Alex was helpful, prompt to respond and showed excellent customer service. The best part of the experience was the company he contacted and the driver, Kenny, who actually hauled my car. He was very experienced, went out of his way to make my pickup and delivery convenient for my schedule and my car arrived in perfect condition. In my opinion the success of the experience depends largely on the driver that actually does the job.
