The agent, JR provided quick responses to all my concerns and was able to adjust pickup and delivery dates based on my needs. I was in the process of selling our home and moving to Texas and setup a shipment date based on our closing date. When the buyer wanted to close early, JR adjusted the pickup date without any complaints or change in price. JR provided updates on pending pickup dates. Once the vehicle was shipped, JR called to check on the shipment and our impressions of the trucking service. After delivery, JR conducted a follow up call to check on the status. When I told him of the small ding on the vehicle, he told me get a quote, provide pictures and send to him and he would take care of it by working with the trucking company. I have been very satisfied with JR and Door to Door Transport services and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
