I recently dealt with Door to Door Transport and would highly reccomend them. I was going to ship my daughers friends car to Miami from CT. I was dealing with Lola who has excellent customer service skills, I had agreed to give them a deposit of a small amount that would only be applied when the driver got posted. I called Lola up today because my daughter's friend decided not to have the car taken to Miami. Lola was very understandable and told me she would not charge me the deposit and if I decided to use their service again I wolud be looked upon as a repeat customer. They are a family business, very honest and a pleasure to deal with and they do not bash the opposition. I would highly recommend them.
