I chose to go with Door to Door Transport because they had the best price, and they were rated 5 stars. My point of contact here was Roy and he did a very good job. Although I did communicated with Kelly as well.

Door to Door always answered the phone and was there for any questions or concerns I had (and there were a lot of them). They got on the phone when I could not contact the carrier and made sure everything went smoothly.

However, I do question Door to Door's choice of carrier. From the carrier standpoint (Four Seasons Auto Transport) I was unimpressed and disappointed in Door to Door. From a company with a 5 star rating I would expect the carriers that they contract out with would be 5 stars as well. Unfortunately, this was not the case. There was a lack of communication between the carrier, Door to Door, and myself. However, Door to Door did their best to resolve the issues and in the end my car arrived safe, sound, and undamaged.

At the end of the day, my experience with Door to Door was good and I would use them again. The only thing I would change is for me to review the carrier before they assign one.
