I was originally stressing out about getting my vehicle out to California in time for my trip. I recently had a bad experience with a Motorcycle shipping company, and Door-to-Door was a pleasant surprise after this experience. I called Door-to-Door and within a few minutes, Roy had his schedule up and a date he could schedule for pickup and an estimate for delivery. The fact that the pickup went straight out to California was a bonus...no change-overs at hubs, or concern with "missing a connection." I got a call from the driver Doug about 5-days later letting me know he was in CA and my car would be delivered within 2 days. My car had made it from the East to West coast in less than a week...I was very impressed.
