Door to Door Transport was an excellent customer service experience. Willing to listen to my needs and then tell me how they can help me make the move. Hats off to Roy the customer service coordinator as he made me feel like I was in control. Upfront and honest anwers. As if we were family. Great Job!! Terry the driver again explained every step and was in constant contact with us throughout the move, letting us know where he was at with our car as he crossed the county. Upfront, honest, on time while making me feel in charge!!!
