The engine in my Lexus went out while on a family vacation in Florida. My family and I rented a car and enjoyed our trip. Once I made it back to Georgia I considered going back to Florida and towing my Lexus back home.

I thought of the cost I would incur to rent a truck equipped with towing, the gas to drive from Georgia to Florida and then return back to Georgia compared to auto shipping. I received several quotes from other auto shipping companies and non compared to Door to Door Transport. The quotes I received were much higher than Door to Door Transport.

Door to Door Transport quoted me 395.00 when other companies were quoting me from 400-800+. I spoke with Tony from beginning to end he answered all of my questions before I could ask the questions.

Tony made me very comfortable with the process and I had no worries. I received my car with no damage, on time, no up charge, no hidden fees. I paid exactly what I was quoted.

The only difference in what Tony quoted is he stated the deposit would be 95.00 and 300.00 COD (Cash on delivery to carrier) however, 120 was charged to my credit card. I spoke with Tony who stated sometimes the carrier may ask for a higher deposit and I would only owe 275.00 COD (Cash on delivery to carrier) either way I was quoted 395.00 and that is all I paid.

This was my first time ever using an auto transport service and I am pleased to say Tony with Door to Door Transport is professional and knowledgeable.

If I ever needed to ship a car I would call Tony with Door to Door Transport.
