I spoke to Roy after being at my wits end waiting for my SUV to be picked up with another carrier (South Beach Transport). After waiting two weeks to be picked up, I decided to go with DTD because he was HONEST. He explained that the quote of $1099 was too low and it would never get picked up. He stated that Las Vegas is not as popular a shipping destination as some other routes and if the driver feels the price isn't right, it will NEVER get picked up. I didn't want to pay more but I chose South Beach because of the price but what good is price when the mission isn't being accomplished. I was quoted $1399 and vehicle was picked up the NEXT day. Because I had to drive the vehicle a few miles for pickup, they took off $50!!! The vehicle was picked up on time by a very nice driver, spoke to him several times through out his travels and vehicle was delivered on time. The process was simple and Roy kept his WORD about confirming the details of the transaction. I felt so comfortable dealing with Roy that if I was in Florida, I would go to a 4th of July cookout and masquerade as one of his brothers. You will not be disappointed by this company.
