This was the first time I needed a vehicle transported for me so I was anxious about choosing the best transport company for my needs and budget. I received quotes from at least 20 auto transport companies. I used the www.transportreviews.com website to weed out companies I didn't want to do business with based on customer reviews. Next I talked to my top three choices including Door to Door Transport. My contact there was Roy. He was very patient and answered all of my questions during several phone calls and emails. After talking to two other companies, I decided to hire Door To Door to transport my son's car from Lafayette Hill, PA to Newark, CA. Their price quote wasn't the lowest or the highest but I liked the fact that they are a family owned business who offers personalized service and also that they were not a broker. I especially felt comfortable with my decision when I met the driver Marcus. He put my mind at ease was was very careful with the vehicle during pickup and delivery. There were no issues and no damage to the vehicle. There were no hidden charges. I was able to put three boxes and a bicycle in the car as long as their total weight was under 100 pounds. These items arrived undisturbed. I recommend Door to Door for your auro transport needs. They are a company you can trust.
