Door to Door Transport is EXCELLENT!!!

I was in a pickle. I originally hired a different transport company to ship my vehicle. However, 7 days from the vehicle ready date passed and still no word on when my vehicle was going to picked up. I was nervous because I was leaving town early Friday morning and it was already Tuesday. I decided to wait until Wednesday before looking at alternatives since the representative reassured me through email that they offered extra funds for the potential driver and that usually results in having a vehicle assigned within the hour. I didn't hear anything all day from the original company. So, I took things in my own hands. I looked online for different companies and came upon Door to Door Transport.

I called Roy and he was very professional. He offered to transport my vehicle. He offered to transport my car for $795- about $200 more than what I was going to pay with the original company; but more importantly, he offered to personally call carriers himself to get my car shipped out within the next day. Keep in mind I was already calling him at the end of the business day Wednesday night. I received a call from a local carrier first thing the very next morning and my car was getting picked up that day. I was relieved!!

Rick was my driver and he was awesome! He kept me informed of when he was going to arrive to pick up the vehicle as well as drop off the vehicle. He was courteous on the phone and he got my car to Arizona in 3 days! Simply incredible! I am confident that my car was in great hands!

I HIGHLY recommend Door to Door Transport for your vehicle shipping needs. I sat on the first company thinking that I was getting a deal, when in fact, I was losing time and getting stressed out for no reason. Roy saved my butt! The way he went out of his way to personally call carriers just absolutely blew me away. If I ever have to ship my car again, no doubt, I would call Roy and his team to help me again!
