Contact with Loretta was professional and timely. The only "hiccup" in the process was a misunderstanding with the trucker that payment had been made in full before delivery and he was not leaving the car til he was paid. A call was made to Loretta at 8:30 pm on that date about the problem which she handled immediately, letting the trucker know that the money was already in his account, and the car was left at the destination.
