Door to Door Transport was a pleasure to deal with. I worked with Roy who was accommodating in every way possible to help book the car and arrange for pick up and delivery times that fit my schedule. He emailed the confirmation right away and was courteous and friendly at all times. By the time we were done, I felt like he was my friend.

The driver called me the morning of the pick up to confirm time and place. He took was polite and professional and neatly dressed. (This was important as the car, a Cadillac, has beige interior). He called when he was close by and again when he got to the loading point we agreed to as the truck could not fit on my street. He spent time checking out the car and made sure we both agreed on even the minor scratches etc that were already on the car.

He arrived in Ft. Worth, TX exactly as planned and again, called on the way and when he was near my brother's house. My brother's wife accepted the car and felt very comfortable with the driver at her home. he again walk around the car with her to inspect it to confirm the car arrived in the same condition as when i gave it to him.

I have shipped cars before with other companies and will definitely use Door to Door Transport again next time.
