Wow! Our car was delivered ahead of schedule and Jason of JR Thompson provided great service -
Clearly, he is a good driver, but he was also kind and courteous, as was my initial contact with Anthony at Door to Door. I chose Door to Door because they had a very professionally, friendly and accessible way of presenting themselves. They provided material via email and called, but were not pushy! Their Power Point presentation was very helpful in explaining the entire process and gave me confidence in giving them a call. When I called they answered all of my questions and did so with kindness. Giving your car over is stressful and they took the stress out of the transaction right from the start! I also like the fact that it is a family run operation with years of service. And I appreciate the values they uphold as part of their service. It’s important to point out that the car is in great shape and the price was exactly as they quoted.
