Things that were Excellent: great customer service and good pricing. The agent from Door to Door was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Things that could be Improved on: a few back and forth emails which could been more efficient with clearer communication.
Summary: Excellent customer service, no damage to car and great price. I would recommend this to anyone shipping their car across the country! Remember, to give Door to Door, a three day open period to receive your car. I am a returning customer and they were great as always!
