They found a truck to pick up the car when promised. And the car arrived sooner than I expected. From the broker to the dispatcher and including the driver, they were very professional and nice. I know that if I ever have to ship a car, JR with Door to Door transport is the one to go to. Car arrived with no issues and at the time of the delivery, Sergio the driver was extremely detail at showing me all the previous damages in the car and make sure nothing else was wrong with it.
